If the person(s) who found Boardwalk just happen to see your post here, they certainly aren't going to give away half of the grand prize - they'll just get the Park Place on their own and keep the entire amount.





All the prizes work like that - they have one rare piece in each set, and they only produce a rare few of those so they can control how many prizes they will award.
